On the ground floor, in the left half, you will find the dining area: a kitchen with a long table that seats up to 16 people. This makes the accommodation very suitable to rent together with one of the neighbouring houses 152 or 158, if you come with more than 12 people. You will then have a place where you can eat together.
You can relax in the lounge area on the right-hand side. There you will also find a second kitchen. Both kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, combi oven/microwave and filter coffee machine.
For that real outdoor feeling, there is a lovely outdoor seating area where you can eat together.
In addition, both the dining area and the lounge area have a separate terrace.
On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and two toilets. Upstairs, there are four more double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin).

This room is also very suitable for use as a training or meeting location. The TV is hung so that everyone at the table can see it. A built-in chromecast allows you to stream your presentation to the TV. The photo wall makes your heath session in Drenthe complete!
